Are You Even Enjoying Sports Right Now?
I was just reading about Jose Canseco’s demands for an apology from baseball when I found myself wondering the following question:
When did sports stop being fun?
I know it didn’t happen overnight, nor have I not enjoyed my sports fan experiences individually. It just seems that most major sports stories, in the past several years, have all been negative ones.
If I had to rate my sports fan enjoyment level, on a scale from 1-to-10 (with 10 obviously being the best), I’d have to go with a 3 or a 4. It’s abysmal.
Just wondering, how would you rate your sports fan enjoyment level (or SFEL for short)?
